Privacy Policy

Your snippets are stored locally on your Mac. They never leave your device, are never synced to a server, and Plinky has no access to them. There is no account, no cloud storage, and no subscription.

The Plinky app

The Plinky app collects no personal data. All snippet content, triggers, and settings are stored in your local app sandbox and are never transmitted anywhere.

This website

This website uses DataFast analytics to understand aggregate traffic. DataFast collects anonymised page view data (pages visited, referrer, country). No personally identifiable information is collected. No tracking cookies are used beyond what is necessary for analytics.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Gumroad. When you buy Plinky, Gumroad processes your payment and sends your licence key. We receive your email address from Gumroad for the purpose of delivering your purchase. We do not store payment card details.

Support contact form

If you contact us via the support form, we receive your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Support enquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request. Aggregate analytics data does not contain personally identifiable information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
